Beginning his career as a pastry chef, he rose through the ranks with White Lodging, honing his expertise in premium proteins, refined technique, and large-scale kitchen leadership.

Now Executive Hotel Chef at Kimpton Santo San Antonio, Chef Trevino oversees all culinary operations across the property, including Dean’s Steak & Seafood and Tenfold Rooftop. His cuisine balances modern steakhouse precision with bold, shareable menus designed for elevated, experience-driven dining.
