Born and raised in West Texas, Elias Ybarra has spent his career in hospitality since 2012, fueled by a genuine love for bars, restaurants, and the culture that surrounds them. Now living in San Antonio, Elias serves as the Food & Beverage Director for the InterContinental San Antonio Riverwalk, where he focuses on thoughtful leadership, operational excellence, and creating standout guest experiences.
