Gabe Briseno’s passion for blending bold flavors was born behind some of Los Angeles’ most celebrated bars, including Apotheke and Employees Only. What began as bartending quickly evolved into an art form—one rooted in balance, creativity, and intention.

By infusing spirits, crafting syrups from scratch, and layering unexpected ingredients, Gabe found his sweet spot in building cocktails that tell a story with every sip. Now based at Middle Sister in Graham, Texas, he brings that same elevated approach to seasonal menus that shift with the calendar, showcasing fresh, thoughtful flavor combinations inspired by the time of year.
